Problem Reporting

This tool allows you to report a problem: it will show you a screen to fill in.

Pass the arrow cursor over the ‘Problem Reporting’ button, click once with the left-hand mouse button, now when the cursor is moved over the map it will be in the shape of a cross.

Move the cursor over a location where you want to report a problem and click once. This will bring up a pop up box titled ‘Problem Reporting’. This will have a set to boxes to fill in.

Select the appropriate category to describe the problem by clicking on the side arrow on the top left-hand box. This will reveal the choice of: Blocked Drains, Consumer Advice, Flooding, Footway, Grass Cutting, Kerbs, Manholes, Neighbour Noise, Potholes, Rights Of Ways, Roadworks, Street Lights, Traffic Calming, Traffic Signals or Other. Click your problem category. The default selection is Blocked Drains.

Click in the second left-hand box and type a brief description of the problem. This is optional.

Click in the third left-hand box and type in some more detail on the location of the problem. This is optional.

Name: Click in this box and type the name of the person reporting the problem. This is mandatory.

Address: Click in this box and type the address of the person reporting the problem. This is optional.

Postcode: Click in this box and type the postcode of the person reporting the problem. This is optional.

Email Address: Click in this box and type the email address for the person reporting the problem. This is optional.

Telephone Number: Click in this box and type the telephone number of the person reporting the problem. This is mandatory.

To submit the problem report, click .

To cancel the problem report, click .

To close the pop-up window, simply click the cross in its top right-hand corner.
